Steven has over 20 years’ experience working in high end residential, commercial and civil plumbing.
Over the life of the company Steven has forged strong long-term working relationships with builders and architects, his consultative and collaborate approach resulting in repeat work.
Steven has also built up a team of enthusiastic qualified plumbers and apprentices, who provide fast and professional services.
Steven has negotiated several substantial contracts for Codex and is committed to growing the portfolio and delivering on Codex ’s reputation.
Brendan joined Steven and has over 15+ years’ of experience in the construction industry, leading large-scale commercial and residential projects. As our construction Director, he oversees all construction operations alongside Steven, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality of standards.
Batina brings a unique blend of leadership, legal expertise, and financial management to our team. As a qualified lawyer and our Construction Office Manager, she oversees daily operations, ensures contracts are legally sound, keeps the whole office on track, and manages our accounts with attention to detail.
Ryan is a skilled Construction Estimator at Codex, where he plays a key role in ensuring that every project stays within budget and meets financial targets. Ryan analyses project drawings, evaluates material costs, labour expenses, and project timelines to deliver precise and reliable cost estimates.
Our experienced team of Site Supervisors ensures that every project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard of quality. They are the eyes and ears on the ground — managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring that each phase of construction stays on schedule and within scope.
